Masterworks Chorale & Orchestra:

After working hard for three months, my choir, Masterworks Chorale and Orchestra is performing at Normandale Lutheran Church in Edina, Minnesota.  We are premiering John Ireland’s Pslam 42 in the U.S. as well as Mendelssohn’s Wie der Hirsch schreit.  The concert will also feature Ireland’s Greater Love Hath No Man and Giovanni Palestrina’s Sicut Cervus.  The choir was just heard on MPR’s Classical station and information on the concert can be found here. Please come and support local Classical music.

Grolar Bears:

Another group I’m proud to be a part of also has a big concert coming up.  The 19 piece funk group called “Grolar Bears” is releasing a vinyl at The Triple Rock in Minneapolis on May 27th.  I play piano, sing, and co-composed the orchestra and choir parts for the album.  This will be an amazing and unique show that I’m really happy to be a part of.  More information on that can be found here and here.

WOLFHOPPERS:

Finally, my baby, Wolfhoppers is still busy doing the final steps necessary to complete our debut album, “Cliffs, Caves, & The Fjørd Side.”  We are ordering the album jackets, duplicating our CDs, making custom T-shirts, stickers, and posters, and working on booking a release show in the first few weeks in June.  You can find out more information about Wolfhoppers here and we will be announcing the actual date of the release show everywhere.

Takk for at du hører på!
